All cities are more or less exposed to influence of technological revolution. It creates both new opportunities and inevitable difficulties. On one hand, city budgets are replenished, with rapidly growing industries emerging within them, the flow-in of qualified professionals takes place. On the other hand, many cities have experienced price increase and negative consequences of gentrification.
